We recently added a subscription to Education City to our collection of subscription services at Horace Mann.  Education City is a website with curriculum based activities for our students.  All of the activities are linked to Wisconsin State Standards.  When using the site at school, students are able to either self select activities or choose activities preselected by their teacher.  Activities are organized by subject area and grade level. 

There are features of Education City that are beneficial to teachers.  Teacher can choose which activities they want their students to do in several subject areas, but more importantly, are able to monitor student progress and success for each activity completed.  So far, students have enjoyed the activities when they've been using Education City at school.
